Tips for Training Customer Service Representatives

An administrator of service contracts for independent auto dealerships, Royal Administration Services, Inc., prioritizes customer satisfaction, understanding that loyal customers are vital to the success of any organization. Royal Administration Services, Inc., implements a comprehensive training program for its staff. Companies considering such programs should follow these tips:

1. Base the program around feedback that has been received from customers and staff. The program should be fluid in nature and able to adapt to the changing demands of the marketplace.

2. Establish that what the customer wants should always be the top priority. Help trainees understand the importance of listening and offering empathy, rather than trying to push their point of view onto customers.

3. Provide a clear outline to trainees on what their sessions are intended to accomplish. Create objectives for each session, and use assessments to determine their success.

4. Inform trainees of any important brand information, and keep them updated at all times. They are representatives of your company, so their message must be consistent with that offered by the branding.

How Are Donations to the American Cancer Society Used?

An automotive service contract administrator with a commitment to excellent customer service, Royal Administration Services, Inc., has been operating since 2000. Royal Administration Services, Inc., has made donations to the American Cancer Society (ACS) to help the organization in its mission to enhance patient care and fund research.

The ACS works to fight cancer in many ways, including supporting cutting-edge research. Since 1946, the Society has spent more than $4 billion on initiatives that have helped make major scientific breakthroughs in the fight against cancer. The work continues to this day, but the ACS is also dedicated to making sure that the public, patients, and donors are able to navigate the complex landscape of cancer research funding.

The majority of the Society’s funds comes from individual donors, and these donations are used in a variety of different ways. Some goes to employing the more than 60 researchers who work full-time for the ACS, conducting large-scale, nationwide prevention studies. Most of the remaining funds go to supporting external investigators who submit applications to fund specific projects. In this way, the ACS is able to assist in a much wider range of cancer research.
