Founded in 2000, Royal Administration Services, Inc., is an automotive service contract administrator meeting the needs of customers based on the principles of service, security, and choice. To better serve its customers, Royal Administration Services, Inc., holds membership with the Vehicle Protection Association (VPA).
The mission of the Vehicle Protection Association is to ensure equitable practices among businesses in the automotive care industry, specifically the service contract field. All VPA members are required to adhere to the organization’s Standards of Conduct, which call for the the highest measures of ethics and service.
VPA members also receive the benefit of being at the forefront of industry news and trends through a range of tools and information sources made available by the organization. VPA member companies see a marked increase in the quality of their customer service, regulatory compliance, and operating standards.
